"Having Bonnie as our doula was greater than we ever anticipated. She went above and beyond for us before, during and after the birth of our baby boy. She was always offering helpful information via text, email and in person throughout this whole journey. She's incredibly kind, comforting and knowledgeable and she brought such a positive energy to this experience for us. I would recommend her 100%!!"

"Bonnie Lanzillotta is more than just a doula. She became a really great friend. I was about 5 months pregnant when I was introduced to Bonnie. I was hesitant on the idea of a stranger being in the delivery room. Our first meeting we instantly connected. I knew she was going to be my rock and that she was. I could always get in touch with her with any questions that came to mind. She always eased my worries and let me know it was a common worry, that I wasn't alone. She eased my significant other's worries as well. She showed me techniques to help relieve back pain and to shift the little guy off my nerves and how to get the little guy into position. Getting closer to my due date she was on call day and night in the case I went into labor. Sure enough I went a week early. She met me at the hospital along with my SO and brother in law (our chauffeur) My anxiety level was through the roof and she always knew what to say or do to calm me down. She also helped keep my son's father at ease and allowed him to rest. I remember telling the nurse I was experiencing a lot of pressure and that I needed the Dr and she told me it doesn't usually happen that fast but OK...I looked at Bonnie like...REALLY? I was in fact ready to roll. Bonnie encouraged me to "labor down" (let the contractions do all the hard work). My son's father was on one side and Bonnie on the other holding my feet and helping me breathe calmly...30 minutes of pushing and I heard that little cry. Bonnie stayed with me until I was transferred to the Woman and Infant unit. She came to visit a day or so after to see how I was doing. She visited a few times at home and still maintains contact. It was an amazing experience and she will be by my bedside again when I'm ready for another little one. She even reached out and replaced some pictures I lost when my phone went missing. If you are newly pregnant or are planning your next pregnancy I highly recommend reaching out to her. She is an incredible woman.

"We feel so fortunate to have found Bonnie and have her as our doula. Bonnie is a constant presence of love, acceptance and joy. Bonnie was our doula for my second pregnancy. After a difficult birth with my first child, Bonnie calmed me in my pregnancy concerns and was a vital ally by my side to prepare for this second birth. Her presence, knowledge and non-judgment as my doula helped me heal and prepare.
In recovery postpartum, Bonnie was like a fairy godmother descending on our home with love support and help.
Bonnie's presence easily let us invite her in at one of the most vulnerable and intimate times of our lives. Her calm is contagious.
We highly recommend Bonnie for her knowledge, presence and generosity."

"Bonnie, my mom, was with us for the birth of my son in 2013. She is the absolute best! Very knowledgeable and caring. She answered all of my questions leading up to his birth with patience and grace. She was a warm and loving presence in the delivery room, putting me and my husband at ease. Even when my son's birth took a traumatic turn and he was born not breathing due to unforeseen circumstances, she was calm and collected to help us through. My son is now two and I would recommend Bonnie to anyone and everyone on the child birth journey!! "

"Bonnie was an amazing presence during my daughter's birth. She gave me the support I needed in a calm, kind, and professional way. I am so glad to have had her doula service as part of my birth team. I couldn't imagine not having her by my side. I highly recommend her."

I am more than happy to recommend Bonnie to anyone who is pregnant, regardless of age, or circumstance. Having her there for me, whether it was by phone, email, text or in person was like having a circle of love around me at all times. Actually, the only way to describe her is the word LOVE. Bonnie is energy, a constant soft flow of love and light. She is also strong..I didn't want any medication during my labor, and I knew when I told her that, that she wouldn't let anyone give me any unless I approved it myself, unlike my mother who didn't want me to suffer. I gave birth 18 years ago, when no one knew what a doula was, and the nurses were rude about my choice of having her by my side. Bonnie had me on a birthing ball, helping my scared husband with counter pressure on my hips and lower back, she was amazing with energy massage and so instinctual of what I was feeling and how to help. After 15 hours of labor, unfortunately my sons heart rate had begun to drop, and an emergency c-section was ordered..Bonnie was right there, reassuring me, focused on my needs, and concerns. I am now 43 and 30 weeks pregnant having complications, bed rest..having Bonnie accessible to me at 1 am, 5 am whenever I needed a friend, a devoted friend to myself and my unborn baby is the most beautiful feeling ever. Please do yourself a favor, if you are looking into a doula, she is the only option. You will not be disappointed in the least. I wish you light and Love and Baby Dust. feel free to contact me directly for any other questions regarding Bonnie and her services, she knows all my information. And ask to see her paintings...they are healing and amazing!!
